Meet Lauren,
Learning Scientist
My Story
I didn’t just study the science of learning — I applied it to myself.
What began as curiosity about the brain became a rigorous, lived experiment in attention, memory, behavior change, and cognitive control. Through that process, I came to understand something most organizations overlook:
Learning is not content delivery. It is a biological process.
Today, I am one of very few scientific learning designers globally — bridging complex cognitive and neuroscientific research into real-world learning practice. I translate what happens inside the brain into strategies organizations can actually use.
My mission is to elevate learning as a fundamental human capability and to advance learning as a profession grounded in science, not trends.
